furniture orders. Our delivery service includes online tracking, appointment
scheduling and residential delivery. At Cool Sofa, fast and hassle-free
delivery is one of our major objectives. Unlike other e-tailers who build
the delivery cost into the cost of their products and then offer free
delivery, Cool Sofa doesn't have to disguise our delivery costs. Our
factory direct prices are lower even with a delivery charge. We encourage

We will update your order with tracking information and
approximate delivery date when your order is completed and scheduled
for delivery. Our delivery service will then contact you directly once
your items arrive in your area to arrange a convenient delivery appointment.
Deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (local
time) and scheduled within a four-hour window. Basic shipping includes a scheduled, curbside delivery. You will be responsible to unpack and bring your merchandise inside. Your shipping can be upgraded to Silver Level which includes inside, first threshold delivery for $90, or Gold Level delivery which includes inside delivery, up to 2 flights of stairs, and unpacking/debris removal which adds an additional $110. Simply email your request for upgrade and your order number to info@coolsofa.com
Smaller
items such as Pillows, Shoe Chairs, and Ottomans are shipped via UPS
or FedEx Ground and not subject to these guidelines. If you are a commercial
customer please contact us for our commercial delivery options and rates.
Customers may also pick-up at our Southern California
warehouse located in Costa Mesa. Please contact our customer service
